Parcella is provisioned by invite. We set up a company workspace first, then your admins invite members and assign billable, trial, courtesy, or guest seats.
Billing is company-owned rather than user-owned. Paid seats are tracked at the workspace level, and trial or courtesy seats can be provisioned without creating separate end-user invoices.
We support PDF, Excel (.xlsx), CSV, and common image formats. Our AI can extract data from rent rolls, T12 statements, offering memorandums, and other CRE documents.
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Enterprise customers get additional security controls including SSO and audit logs.
Yes. Workspace admins manage people and seats from the app, invite members by email, and control who gets billable, trial, courtesy, or guest access.
Yes, you can export spreadsheets to Excel and documents to PDF or Word format. Your data is always yours, and you can download it at any time.
Support is coordinated at the company level. We handle onboarding, seat provisioning, and billing with your workspace admins, and we can support phased rollouts for trial groups before broader deployment.
Yes. Company members work inside a shared workspace with role-based access, company-scoped files and deals, and invite-managed seat controls.
