Your documents are: - Processed using industry-standard encryption (AES-256) - Never used to train our AI models without explicit consent - Accessible only to you and users you authorize - Stored in secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure We do not share, sell, or distribute your document contents to third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.

We retain your personal information for as long as your company workspace is active or as needed to provide our services. Workspace administrators may request seat deactivation, and companies may request deletion of workspace data subject to contractual, legal, and security retention requirements. Uploaded documents and generated artifacts are retained according to your company's workspace configuration and agreement. Trial, courtesy, and manually billed seats do not change those retention controls. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6. Third-Party Services
