When you upload documents to Parcella, our AI systems process them to extract structured data and generate insights. Your documents are: - Processed using industry-standard encryption (AES-256) - Never used to train our AI models without explicit consent - Accessible only to you and users you authorize - Stored in secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure We do not share, sell, or distribute your document contents to third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information: - Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3) - Regular security assessments and penetration testing - Access controls and audit logging - Secure data centers with physical security measures - Employee security training and background checks Enterprise customers have access to additional security controls including SSO/SAML, custom data retention policies, and dedicated infrastructure options.

We retain your personal information for as long as your company workspace is active or as needed to provide our services. Workspace administrators may request seat deactivation, and companies may request deletion of workspace data subject to contractual, legal, and security retention requirements. Uploaded documents and generated artifacts are retained according to your company's workspace configuration and agreement. Trial, courtesy, and manually billed seats do not change those retention controls. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform: - Cloud infrastructure providers (data hosting and processing) - Payment processors (billing and subscription management) - Analytics providers (usage insights and performance monitoring) - AI model providers (document processing and analysis) All third-party providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
